Q: What's an overgrip? And why would I want one?
A: Overgrips are great because you can easily replace them once they wear out. The grips that come on a new racket are also known as "replacement" grips and are very difficult to, well, replace. So if you wear through your replacement grip, it's going to be a pain to put on a new one. But with an overgrip, they're super easy to replace once they wear out, which is why you see all pros using overgrips!

Q: Does Bageled NYC ship outside the U.S.?
A: Email us at [email protected] and we'll work with you to try and make it happen! International shipping rates generally vary from between $15 USD to $40 USD. But we'll need to do some research for you first to determine if customs/import fees will be charged, which can be prohibitively expensive :( .
Q: Where's my order?
A: First, make sure to look in your spam/junk folder for order and tracking information (try searching for "you can track your package at" and hopefully that should work). Sometimes our shipping confirmation emails get flagged as spam.
The tracking says it was delivered but you never received it? We highly recommend filing a missing package report. Also, if this happens, send us an email and we can try to help as much as we can.
Refunds
We're a (very) small business and, unfortunately, cannot offer refunds at this time.
